I was always confused whether to be a cook or a chef, but later on I learned that it’s important to first try to be a cook and let the world see you as a chef. We are just as involved in the kitchen as we are in the classroom. Whatever we learn in theory, we get to make it ourselves the next day.
Kevin Gerald Lal Culinary Arts programme
My passion for culinary arts evolved from a very simple love for eating food to creating food, to serving the same food to guests. I wish to master my skills towards creating an experience. I want to pass these skills to the next generation and make my own mark in the culinary world.
Devesh Sharma Culinary Arts programme
From the minute I walked into ISH, I was in complete awe of the entire environment and felt an instant sense of belongingness. I think it’s one of the best culinary schools in India. My experience till now at ISH has only solidified my passion for cooking (and eating).
