Multi-Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse inaugurates India’s first École Ducasse campus

Glimpses of Alain Ducasse recently inaugurating the first École Ducasse campus in India. The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of our founder and CEO, Dilip Puri and Élise Masurel, the Managing Director of École Ducasse. École Ducasse in India takes forward the vision of Alain Ducasse and encourages students to be entrepreneurs, managers and citizen chefs. The Alain Ducasse visit to India certainly marks a milestone for culinary education in India, and the industry at large. During the events on campus, Chef Alain Ducasse spoke to Vir Sanghvi, interacted with students, and shared his thoughts on the latest culinary trends!
