The B.A. (Hons.) in Culinary Arts at École Ducasse India, hosted on the ISH campus in Gurugram, blends hands-on training with academic study. Students learn advanced culinary and pastry techniques while gaining the confidence, decision-making skills, and entrepreneurial mindset needed to succeed in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
Over eight semesters, students follow the Gurugram University curriculum at ISH, delivered in alliance with École Ducasse France. The curriculum mirrors that of École Ducasse, with select top-up subjects that offer transfer pathways to France. Learning combines academic progression, professional immersion, and two structured work attachments.
From Semester 5, students complement their craft with one of four specialisations: Digital Marketing Strategies, Entrepreneurship, Financial Performance Management, or Service Management. These tracks add business depth to their culinary expertise.
Graduates leave with French savoir-faire, global culinary exposure, and entrepreneurial skills. They are prepared for careers as chefs, entrepreneurs, and leaders across the food and beverage, hospitality, and food industries. This reflects the ISH way of life: live, learn, work, play, and repeat as leaders in culinary and beyond.
