Bharat Lal Sharma brings over 19 years of experience in academic administration, program management, and higher education operations. At the Indian School of Hospitality (ISH), he oversees key academic functions, including academic planning, faculty coordination, examination management, student records administration, and program delivery.

Prior to joining ISH, he served as Program Manager at SOIL School of Business Design and held academic administration roles at Amity University Gurugram and Rai Business School, New Delhi. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in academic operations, student services, faculty management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.

He works closely with academic leadership and faculty to ensure the seamless execution of academic programs and the delivery of an exceptional student experience.

Bharat holds an MBA in Data Analytics and Data Science from Manipal University Jaipur, which complements his extensive experience in managing academic operations and driving institutional excellence.
