The Experiential Programs at ISH are designed for curious minds aged 13–20 who want to explore the worlds of hospitality, business, and culinary arts. Run during the summer, winter, and academic breaks, these short-term programs invite students to learn by doing, create with intent, and connect with peers who share their drive to explore.
Every day blends teamwork, creativity, and fun—set against the backdrop of the ISH campus. Workshops cover everything from culinary innovation and business design to food styling, content creation, and service experiences. Students interact with chefs, entrepreneurs, and faculty mentors who guide them through activities that spark confidence, curiosity, and collaboration.
Beyond learning, it’s about camaraderie—meals shared, ideas exchanged, and memories made in an environment where you live, learn, work, play, and repeat. By the end of the program, students return home with new friends, real skills, and a clear sense of what makes hospitality such a human, creative, and future-ready world.
