Dr. Anjana Singh

Dr. Anjana Singh is an accomplished academic leader with over 23 years of combined experience in higher education and the hospitality industry. Throughout her career, she has led academic governance, quality assurance, curriculum development, faculty development, student welfare, accreditation, and institutional quality enhancement initiatives. Her previous leadership responsibilities as Dean – School of Hotel Management and Dean – Student Welfare reflect her commitment to academic excellence, student success, and creating an inclusive learning environment.

She has published over 30 research papers in reputed international journals, with research interests spanning revenue management, hospitality operations, employability, digital transformation, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Singh holds a Ph.D. in Revenue Management and a Master’s in Hospitality Administration, securing the All India First Rank and the Ministry of Tourism Gold Medal. Her industry experience with the Taj Group, Hyatt Regency, and The Imperial, New Delhi, enriches her academic perspective. An Emerald Literati Award (2020) recipient, she also serves on editorial boards of leading hospitality journals and actively contributes to research, accreditation, and quality enhancement in higher education.
