Assistant Director – Creative

As part of the marketing team, Gaurav leads creative operations at the Indian School of Hospitality. With over 18 years of experience in graphic design, brand strategy, and marketing communications, he brings extensive expertise in building impactful visual identities and creative campaigns across the hospitality and education sectors.

Prior to joining ISH, Gaurav served as Associate Director – Creative at Hotelivate (erstwhile HVS) and Creative Director at Templatolio, where he led multidisciplinary creative teams and managed brand communication for several leading hospitality brands. Over the course of his career, he has worked with renowned brands including Taj, Westin, Accor, Radisson Hotel Group, Lemon Tree Hotels, Marriott, IHG, Alila, Amari, Novotel, Holiday Inn, and ibis, among others.

At ISH, Gaurav is responsible for shaping and maintaining the institution’s visual identity across all touchpoints. He oversees brand aesthetics, creative strategy, design communication, and marketing collateral development, ensuring consistency and excellence in every aspect of the brand experience. He also played a key role in the successful launch of India’s inaugural École Ducasse campus at ISH.

Known for combining strategic thinking with creative execution, Gaurav is passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences that reflect the values and vision of ISH.
