DISTINGU-ISH-ED is ISH’s flagship three-day culinary festival that brings together schools, home chefs, and industry professionals. The event showcases skill, creativity, and teamwork across kitchens and culinary spaces. It celebrates the ISH Way of Life by opening the campus to communities who want to experience food, craftsmanship, and collaboration.
Concocting Conclave is ISH’s annual beverage-led experience that merges craft, science, and creativity. Each edition highlights a new segment of the beverage industry. Wine, spirits, non-alcoholic beverages, or mixers. Bringing professionals, enthusiasts, and students together.
Blueprint is ISH’s annual idea forum built around a single theme each year. In 2025, the idea centred on “Culture in Nature.” The event brings together leaders from business, hospitality, creativity, and technology to explore how different industries interpret the same theme through talks, debates, and showcases.
Founders Day commemorates the vision that shaped ISH and reflects the community spirit that defines the campus today. It is celebrated as a national ISH day, marked by student-led activities, cultural showcases, and moments of gratitude.

Schools fill out the request form with preferred dates, student group size, session type, and any specific outcomes they want from the engagement.
The ISH outreach and academic teams review the request and propose a plan. We align on time, faculty, logistics, session flow, and equipment.
The ISH team delivers the engagement on the scheduled date. Students experience hands-on workshops, demonstrations, business challenges, and conversations with faculty.
Schools receive a follow-up note with photographs, content recaps, and optional pathways for deeper collaboration, including counsellor sessions and student immersion days at ISH.
