PGCM in Real Estate Finance

The Postgraduate Certificate in Management (Real Estate Finance) is a one-year program at ISH that blends financial expertise with service thinking. It prepares graduates to work at the intersection of finance, real estate, and customer experience. Over the course of one year (two semesters), students build their foundation in financial modelling, investment analysis, and market logic before moving into asset management, service integration, and a capstone project reviewed by an industry jury. The curriculum is AICTE-approved and delivered at ISH in alliance with Les Roches Switzerland, ensuring rigour and industry credibility. Graduates leave with the ability to analyse projects, manage assets, and design customer-first spaces. They are equipped for careers across funds, advisory firms, development companies, and asset managers, entering one of India’s fastest-growing industries with applied skills and market clarity.

Selection process

The selection process differs by program. It always includes an application review and an interview (on campus, online, or in-city). Depending on the program, it may also include:

  • Program-specific tests (psychometric, aptitude, or case-based)
  • Parent/guardian interaction (UG only)
  • Group discussion or essay round
