PGCM in Real Estate Finance

The Postgraduate Certificate in Management (Real Estate Finance) is a one-year program at ISH that blends financial expertise with service thinking. It prepares graduates to work at the intersection of finance, real estate, and customer experience. Over the course of one year (two semesters), students build their foundation in financial modelling, investment analysis, and market logic before moving into asset management, service integration, and a capstone project reviewed by an industry jury. The curriculum is AICTE-approved and delivered at ISH in alliance with Les Roches Switzerland, ensuring rigour and industry credibility.
