The Application Process Explained

To make things as clear as possible, we have divided the application journey into four stages, which begin after you’ve created your application account.

There is an overview of each stage below – please note that your specific circumstances may mean that the steps in your journey differ slightly from what you see here.

Make your formal application by completing the application form.
Upload the required documentation - this will include your academic transcripts, Aadhar card / passport, motivation letter; documents to support your extracurricular activities, internships and merit certificates and any other document specified for your programme.
A video Statement of Purpose explaining why you’d like to join the programme and what you’d like to do after it. This should be 2-3 minutes long and uploaded on YouTube, shared through WeTransfer or any other platform that allows easy access to the video.
Pay your application fees (note: this is a small administration fee, not your full course fees).

Application Submitted

Your application will be reviewed by our Admissions team. We will let you know if any documentation is missing or needs updating, so you can keep your application on track.
You will be sent a link to take a psychometric test, before you get a confirmation to appear for the final selection round.

Admitted

Once you’ve successfully completed the selection process, including the group discussions, on-the-spot essay, and interview round with the Dean and Chief Admissions Officer, you will receive a Conditional Acceptance Letter for your chosen programme.
Upon receiving the Conditional Acceptance Letter, you are required to pay your pre-payment fee (the amount will be outlined in your letter itself).
After receiving your pre-payment, we will open our accommodation form where you can request the accommodation of your choice. For some premium accommodation types(such as single rooms) demand always outstrips supply, so the quicker you pay your deposit, the better choice of rooms you will have.
Once we have checked and confirmed that everything is in order, you will be officially accepted to Indian School of Hospitality.
If you require a visa to study on your chosen campus, you can use your formal letter of acceptance to apply for your visa.
This is also the point at which you pay your tuition fees.

Enrolled

You are now officially enrolled in our programme – your ISH journey is almost ready to begin!
We will provide links to download pre-arrival information and guides, designed to ease your road to the campus.
You will also need to complete and submit a pre-arrival form
All that remains is to make your journey to campus, where you can be assured of a warm welcome when you arrive to begin the next stage of your learning journey.
