French Pastry Arts Diploma is a 15-month program with an international curriculum. Students enrolling in the diploma have the option to begin the program in École Ducasse ISH Gurugram campus and articulate to École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP), the leading vocational school for pastry, bakery, chocolate and confectionery arts.
