French Pastry Arts Diploma is a 15-month program with an international curriculum. Students enrolling in the diploma have the option to begin the program in École Ducasse ISH Gurugram campus and articulate to École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP), the leading vocational school for pastry, bakery, chocolate and confectionery arts.
École Ducasse India’s diploma curriculum is an intensive program curated to help prepare aspirants for the world of exceptional culinary experiences. Along with classic French techniques, students master contemporary cooking skills as well. Glimpses of Alain Ducasse recently inaugurating the first École Ducasse campus in India. The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of our founder and CEO, Dilip Puri and Elise Masurel, the Managing Director of École Ducasse. École Ducasse in India takes forward the vision of Alain Ducasse and encourages students to be entrepreneurs, managers and citizen chefs. The Alain Ducasse visit to India certainly marks a milestone for culinary education in India, and the industry at large. During the events on campus, Chef Alain Ducasse spoke to Vir Sanghvi, interacted with students, and shared his thoughts on the latest culinary trends!
