This is an intensive programme especially designed for people who love everything pastry & baking related and aspire to have a rewarding career as a pastry chefs or pâtissier.
You will be studying at the first École Ducasse campus in India at ISH, where we share the vision of the Michelin Star Chef Alain Ducasse. Pastry chefs are skilled in using the latest in kitchen equipment and are knowledgeable in the science behind the baking, ensuring their creations come out perfect each time.
Admission and Fee
A course designed for those who are passionate about French desserts and pastry arts. Guided by experts, you will be taken on a sweet journey to discover unique textures, flavours and techniques, as well as the secrets of French pastry. With applied theory spread throughout the 15-month program, you will acquire the skills needed to prepare and showcase your pastries. You will build a strong foundation and develop an entrepreneurial mindset to begin a business with confidence. This diploma program offers you an option to articulate to École Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie, allowing students to experience an education that’s truly global.

French Pastry Arts Diploma is a 15-month program with an
international curriculum. Students enrolling in the diploma have the option to
begin the program in École Ducasse ISH Gurugram campus and articulate to École
Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP), the leading vocational school for
pastry, bakery, chocolate and confectionery arts.
École Ducasse India’s diploma curriculum is an intensive program curated to help prepare aspirants for the world of exceptional culinary experiences. Along with classic French techniques, students master contemporary cooking skills as well. Glimpses of Alain Ducasse recently inaugurating the first École Ducasse campus in India. The inauguration ceremony was held in the presence of our founder and CEO, Dilip Puri and Elise Masurel, the Managing Director of École Ducasse. École Ducasse in India takes forward the vision of Alain Ducasse and encourages students to be entrepreneurs, managers and citizen chefs. The Alain Ducasse visit to India certainly marks a milestone for culinary education in India, and the industry at large.
