accommodations. In line with this dedication, ISH has partnered with Flock CoLiving to develop a
comprehensive residential complex in Sector 52, Gurgaon. This facility will offer a secure and convenient
living environment, with close proximity to ISH and various local amenities.
Located near Ardee City, the new complex features fully furnished apartment suites designed to meet
student needs, equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable living experience. At ISH, we
prioritize a stress-free residential life, and our collaboration with Flock CoLiving underscores this
commitment. Our goal is to provide unparalleled comfort and convenience for our students, continually
enhancing their living conditions.
Our state-of-the-art residences feature twin-sharing rooms, dedicated study and fitness areas, 24-hour
security, cleaning & laundry services, RO water facilities, uninterrupted electricity, and full power backup.
Students will enjoy a seamless living experience under the supervision of two dedicated wardens (in
addition to a female security guard) who will oversee all facilities, with operations set to begin in July
2024.
