Celebrating Convocation Day!

It was with immense pride that we presented our first batch of students with their degrees and certificates on Friday, 4th November 2022. We were privileged to have Mr KB Kachru, Chairman Emeritus and Principal Advisor, Radisson Hotel Group, South Asia as the Chief Guest for the function which was attended by our founders, faculty, team members and proud parents.

ISH collaborated with Hotelivate to host the 9th edition of HOSI, this September. The event saw more than two hundred industry leaders come together and participate in insightful discussions on several topics. These included sessions on the latest trends in hospitality and culinary competitions between top chefs from India’s finest hotels.

Culinary Workshops at ISH

We offer a range of short-term culinary workshops that allow participants to learn the art of cooking and experience life as professional chefs. These demonstrative classes follow a guided approach and take them through each step of the culinary process. Through these workshops, they get a chance to explore international cuisine and local food, create unique dishes and discover their inner chef.

Aman Nath at ISH

What an honour it was to host Mr. Aman Nath, Founder and Chairman of Neemrana Hotels, at the ISH campus! A hotelier, historian, writer, traveller, poet and art connoisseur, Mr. Nath is most known for the restoration of many of India’s architectural ruins. His extensive work in Neemrana has given rise to ‘Neemranification’ – a word which has now come to symbolise sustainable heritage tourism involving local communities.

Graduation Day at ISH

It was an emotional evening for our faculty and leadership team as they bid adieu to our batch of students over a farewell dinner. We had the honour of inducting this cohort in 2018 and witnessed their journey from high school students to fine professionals. The batch has been an integral part of ISH from the very beginning and we’re proud to see them evolve into the talented young individuals they are today!

Summer Experience at ISH

An exciting week of workshops that allow high school students to experience the fine art of hospitality and culinary arts. Each one gets a chance to participate in a series of engaging workshops, such as field trips, culinary classes with top chefs, team-building activities and much more. They also learn to prepare some delicious food in our food hall and enjoy each day with delicious meals, as they get a taste of life on campus.

Alain Ducasse at ISH

A Memorable Week for École Ducasse in India! We were so excited to welcome multi-Michelin starred chef Alain Ducasse to our campus this week, for the formal inauguration of École Ducasse ISH Gurugram. The iconic chef interacted with students and enjoyed a lunch curated by our young chefs. The highlight of the week was the insightful conversation between Chef Ducasse and well-known journalist, Vir Sanghvi in the presence of industry leaders.

ISH had the honour of hosting Vir Sanghvi celebrated journalist, author and the Chairman of Culinary Culture on campus today. In an interactive session with Mr. Dilip Puri, Founder & CEO at ISH, Mr. Sanghvi answered interesting questions from our hospitality and culinary arts students. He shared with us his journey and his ever-evolving relationship with cuisine, people in the industry, and writing.

Counsellors' Retreat - Day 1

We hosted our first 'blended' counsellors meet, the ISH Counsellors' Retreat 2020. High school counsellors from some of the best schools across India and neighbouring countries joined us on-campus and online, for a day-long event featuring roundtable discussions on the future of hospitality education and global career opportunities for our graduates.
